Community Outreach

Have you ever been up close and personal with a large bird of prey? Thanks to Wild Wings of California, thousands of people can say "yes" to that question. Our educational program allows people of all ages the opportunity to discover the awesome beauty of these wild animals.

All of the birds in our educational program are non releasable due to injury and are specially trained for these events. Throughout the presentation, our knowledgeable personnel will also describe the natural history of each species and discuss their importance in the environment.

Educational presentations are given to schools, clubs, churches, senior centers, and other events in the community. One special program was presented at a school for the blind.
